Contest Dates: May 2024 – September 2024. (we’ll add specific dates)
Listeners will be encouraged to attend the associated “Live On Location Remote Broadcasts” herein known as “LOL” to register to win a free raffle ticket for the 2024 Harley Davidson Low Rider ST. No purchase necessary.
This is one part of a larger contest. See those rules for the actual giveaway prize and other rules. At the LOL Broadcast Events, those ages 18 or older can fill out ONE (1) entry and drop it into the contest box, once per hour of that event. No pre-written or previously filled out entries will be accepted. The box will be emptied after the drawing near the end of each hour at which time, those who have not won at that event, can register again unless it’s the final hour of that LOL event.
Each hour of each LOL event, 3 names will be drawn who will receive a free raffle ticket. The selected named persons must fill out the raffle ticket in person before the end of that LOL event. Persons can only win one raffle ticket per LOL event. The contest presenting entities reserves the right to revoke any winning raffle ticket that has not been claimed and filled out by the end of the LOL event.
Roundhouse Rally Drawings:
Each Friday and Saturday of the Roundhouse Rally Events between May and September, between 3pm and 5pm, (which is before paid admission is required) persons call fill out and drop 1 entry into the contest box. Approximately 5pm, two names will be pulled out of the box that will win free raffle tickets. Those persons must be on site to fill out their ticket before the end of the rally that Saturday night at 10pm at the Q94 tent. The contest presenting entities reserves the right to revoke any winning raffle ticket that has not been claimed and filled out by the end of the LOL event.
Lightner Communications in conjunction with various sponsor(s) and/or prize provider(s) is conducting a contest named above. Odds of winning will vary based on Contest(s) participation. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Contest participants (“Participant(s) or singularly Participant”) may only play, register or win one time per week during the Contest. Participant(s) must be 21 years of age or older to enter. Any duplicate registration entries will disqualify ALL entries by that Participant(s). Beginning on the above Effective Date, Lightner Communications Participating Radio Station(s) will be giving away the above described Prize(s). The Prize(s) is not transferable. If a Winner declines the Prize(s), there will not be any alternate Prize(s) available in substitution and that Prize(s) will not be re-awarded and becomes the property of Lightner Communications. Prize(s) may be time sensitive. Unless otherwise notified by the Participating Radio Station(s), winner(s) must pick up their Prize(s)/vultures thirty (30) days from the Prize(s) award. Proper photo ID will be required to pick up a Prize(s) at the Participating Radio Station(s). Any Contest winner who during the course of a calendar year wins more than $600 in prizes in the aggregate from will receive an IRS Form 1099. Prize(s) may not be exchanged and have no cash value. Any questions or comments regarding the operation of the Contest must be made in writing to Participating Radio Station(s) Operations Director at the Studio Address. All Contest Rules are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Participating Radio Station(s) at their sole discretion. Lightner Communications retains the right to cancel this Contest for any reason at any time. Copies of the rules can be obtained on the station(s) websites, or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Studio Address. Lightner Communications and its Radio Station(s) do not and shall not discriminate, in any way on the basis of race or gender, respecting their employment or advertising practices.
